FAQ’s

  • A home inspection is based on the size of the home, age, and if there are detached garages or additional structures on the property. Additional fees are charged for inspections performed on weekends and holidays. A single family home with an attached garage that is between 1000 and 2000 square feet will typically cost around $500. Additional fees may be added for older homes and homes at the edge of our service area.

  • Saturno Inspections follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. Our inspections cover a wide range, including the electrical system, heaters and furnaces, plumbing, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, exterior, driveway, attic, roof, foundation, decks, insulation, windows, doors, floors, siding, all visible framing, and more.

  • The purchase of a home is one of the largest single investments you’ll ever make. Since it’s such a big investment, you need to know the current condition of the property, as well as any repairs and maintenance that will be needed in the future. A professional home inspection informs the homebuyer of the property’s condition. We can identify issues and determine if they are merely cosmetic, or might possibly be evidence of a greater issue that needs immediate repair. A stain on the ceiling may simply be the result of a previous leak, or it could indicate chronic roof leakage and water damage. After evaluating the property, we will present our professional opinion on the property’s condition. This will give you a clear understanding of the home so you can make a confident decision. If you’re selling your house, getting an inspection before you put your house on the market can help identify areas in need of repair so that you can feel confident about the value of your home.

  • All inspectors are Certified Master Inspectors, the highest level of certification. We have performed thousands of inspections throughout the area, and are known by many real estate agents to be the best inspection company. Our other qualifications include being licensed FAA drone pilots, licensed radon measurement professionals, certified mold inspectors, and Certified Residential Thermographers.
